2. Stop by our office in Springfield, MA.

Our office is located at 525 Belmont Ave on the 2nd Floor in Springfield, MA 01108. We are open to take your ad from 10AM - 5PM, Monday to Friday (except Holidays).
You can download an Auto Buyer Private Party Ad form. We recommend that you fill in the form before you get to our office as this will help speed things along.
If you need us to take a picture for you, just let us know when you drop off your completed ad form. We charge $10 for the photo service.
In order to get your ad in the next issue, please make sure your ad is in our office and paid in full by noon on the Monday before the current issue expires. (Please see the expiration date at the top of the cover on the current issue. If you don't have a copy, you can always call our office to confirm the deadline date: 413-737-5129.)

3. Mail a completed ad form to us with your payment.

Fill it out completely, include a photo and your payment (if using a credit card, please be sure to sign the form).
Send the completed form, the photo and your payment to Auto Buyer/Truck Buyer, 525 Belmont Ave, FL2, Springfield, MA 01108. We accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, and Credit Cards. Q: How do I send a digital photo to you from my computer?
A: Visit our photo submission page and upload your photo. You do not need to send your photo by email. You only need to know where the photo is on your hard drive. Our system will let us know within seconds that your photo has be sent to us.

Q: Can I send a digital photo even though I am mailing my ad form in the regular mail?
A: Yes! Visit our photo submission page anytime to upload your photo or email it to us. Be sure to enter your name and email address at the upload page. Our system will let us know within seconds that your photo has be sent to us. When your form arrives at our office we will match it to the image you uploaded or emailed to us.

Q: Do I need a PayPal account to pay online?
A: No! You do not need to have a PayPal account in order to pay online. You can always create one for free -- but you might find it faster to simply use your credit card with our PayPal shopping cart and without logging in to a PayPal account.

Q: Something went wrong while trying to pay for my ad during the online ad submission process. Is there a payment page I can go to so that I can pay?
A: Yes! If all you need to do is pay for your ad with a credit card, please visit our payment page. You can also call our office to report any problems (413-737-5129 between 10AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday).

Q: Can I arrange to have a photo taken of my vehicle?
A: Yes! If you need to have us take a photo of your vehicle, simply submit your ad online and we will contact you. If you are not placing your ad online, please call our office at 413-737-5129 between 10AM and 5PM, Monday to Friday and ask for a photographer. If one of our photographers is not available, one will get back to you shortly. The photographer will bring a form to you when they come to take a picture of your vehicle.
